Downtimes, crashes and other disasters
What to do if the network is unreachable?
The servers on the all2all network are all under monitoring via Nagios. Nagios monitors our entire IT infrastructure to ensure systems, applications, services, and business processes are functioning properly. In the event of a failure, Nagios alerts our technical staff of the problem by SMS and mail, allowing them to begin immediate remediation processes. Nagios is free software and distributed under the GPL
In case of inaccessibility of a server, we advise to make a test first, try to do a traceroute to the service which seems to be down. With this test you can exclude that the problem is not situated on your access network or between the all2all network and your network.
If you have traced the problem and an all2all server seems to be down, consult first the news section on our website and check if the outage is already mentionned. If not contact us asap by e-mail. Don't forget to send us the output of the traceroute you just made. If you do not get an answer to your e-mail, you may as well call us or send a short message on number +32 486 57 57 97.
You can also subscribe to our new Twitter acount on which we annonce any news regarding the all2all network.
